RF Perkins Lights Up Bison for 5 RBIs as Admirals Extend Lead
The Bremerton Admirals are one game away from a sweep after downing the visiting Gillette Bison at Admirals Stadium, 7-6. Admirals right fielder Dylan Perkins was 3-4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 5 runs. Bremerton now holds a 3-0 advantage in the best-of-7 WPBL Championship.

In the bottom of the second inning, the Admirals grabbed the lead when Tony Knowlton rapped a two-out double. Bremerton was trailing 1-0, when Knowlton hit a 2-run double off Dusty Wakefield to put his team in front, 2-1.

"We haven't stopped playing," Gillette manager Larry Venturini said. "We didn't get this far to give up."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Admirals Stadium in Bremerton.
