Riding the 3-hit performance of second baseman Doo Doo Halverson, the Nampa Sasquatch stopped the visiting Billings Bighorns, 10-4, in Game 2 of the WPBL Wildcard Series. Halverson went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Sasquatch, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

Dylan Johnson hit a bases-clearing triple off Josh Kier in the bottom of the second, which put the Sasquatch in front, 4-1. Johnson had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 5.

"Things aren't going great right now," Billings manager Jordan Zavaleta said. "But you don't need me to tell you that."

Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday at Custers Last Stand in Billings.
