Crescent City Kodiaks starter Jo Hirata kept the Bandon Barons hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-2 win. Andy Lopez notched his 4th save in 6 chances. Crescent City is now 40-43.

The Kodiaks got a big hit from center fielder George Green. Facing Bandon pitcher Marshall Tal in the bottom of the fifth, Green pounded a 2-run triple to right-center. His 5th triple of the season put the Kodiaks ahead, 3-0.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Hirata.
