The Billings Bighorns weathered an outstanding game by Nampa second baseman Doo Doo Halverson to topple the Sasquatch, 5-4. Halverson was 4 for 4 with 4 singles. Today's win puts Billings at 37-32, while Nampa falls to 35-34.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Billings third baseman Pete Reeves, facing Bill Violette, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Bighorns the 5-4 win.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Nampa manager Jonathan Bella said, following the tough loss.
