The Schenectady Blue Jays defeated the Asheville Tourists by the score of 8-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Adam Barclay. Barclay was 2-4 with a triple. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Blue Jays on the day. The win was credited to Mario Gómez in relief. His record improves to 8-4. Orlando Romero took the loss.
