Gothams Need Extra Innings to Top Blue Jays, 9-3
The New York Gothams beat the Schenectady Blue Jays, 9-3, at McNearney Stadium. The Gothams got a fine performance from left fielder Ghi-cheng Gou, who was 4-6 with a triple, 3 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The win elevated the Gothams to 75-72.

Robby Alder, the 35-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Alder contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the 14th inning to put New York up, 4-3.
