IL Star of the Week Announced

When it came to hitting the baseball, Daniel Tarue was in a class by himself in the International League this past week. Nobody did it better.
The outstanding center fielder for Vernon tagged opposing pitchers for a .423 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 2 homers, 6 runs scored and 10 RBIs.
