SeaWolves Heading to Round 3 Monday, September 18th , 2023 The Akron RubberDucks were simply overmatched by the Erie SeaWolves in the Round 2. The end result was a sweep, as Erie has cruised to the Round 3, with the final win coming at UPMC Park by a score of 3-0. "We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Colt Keith, who was named MVP of the Round 2. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this." For the series, Keith hit .529 with a .579 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Round 3 matchups and schedule will be announced after the Round 2 finishes. |
