Valenzuela Nabs WL Weekly Award Monday, August 7th , 2023 It was announced today that San Antonio catcher Brandon Valenzuela had received the Western League Player of the Week Award for his impressive play last week. All week long he was terrific at the plate and won the honor with a .714 BA (15-for-21), 3 home runs and 15 RBIs. Valenzuela is presently hitting at a .353 pace with 21 home runs, 96 RBIs and has scored 80 times. |
