Amaya Grades Out as May's Top Rookie Wednesday, June 1st , 2039 David Amaya put on quite a show in the American League throughout the month of May and walked off with the Rookie of the Month Award. In 6 starting appearances, he had a record of 4-0 with some solid stats for Oakland. He chalked up a 1.00 ERA in 36 innings, struck out 34 and allowed the opposition to hit .169 against him. This year Amaya has compiled a 5-3 record with a 2.91 ERA in 11 starts. |
