Cleveland rode a decent outing from starter Daniel Higuera to victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. The final score was 4-3. The winner was Keith Tate in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Victor Anorve took the loss. Cleveland goes to 4-0.
Luis Viruet was the walk-off hero for Cleveland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Spiders second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
