Baltimore Gets 5-1 Road Win
|
Baltimore Orioles starter Jon Mann was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Cincinnati Reds, 5-1. The win elevated the Orioles to 71-62.
Baltimore relied on the hitting of Kevin Davis to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the second inning to put the Orioles on top, 1-0. For the game, Davis had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
"I found a nice groove out there," said Mann.
