Severino Dominant in Reds Victory
|
Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Spiders.
The Cincinnati Reds picked up a win at Progressive Field, taking down the Cleveland Spiders, 4-3. Starting pitcher Sandy Severino was a big reason why. The 4th-place Reds have won 4 consecutive games.
Severino, who was born in Anaheim, California, threw 65 pitches over 6 innings, while allowing no runs.
"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Cleveland manager Adam Wainwright.
