Big Day for Higuero in 14-4 Reds Win
Led by Juan Higuero, the Cincinnati Reds downed the Houston Astros, 14-4. Higuero went 4-5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 6 for the Reds. The triumph puts Cincinnati at 53-45 for the season.

With Cincinnati leading 11-0 in the top of the seventh, Higuero hit a 3-run home run off Houston hurler Jamie Ray. It was the 7th home run of the season for Higuero and put his team ahead, 14-0.

Higuero called winning a team effort. "It's not the same guy every time," he said. "It's the sum of the parts."
