Cleveland's Carmouche Reaches 2000 Hits
|
It took quite a few years to do it, but Dylan Carmouche finally did it. The Spiders left fielder swatted hit #2000 this afternoon at Progressive Field, but still came up short in the victory column. The New York Yankees came away with a 4-1 win over Cleveland. Carmouche was 1-for-4 in the loss.
Carmouche has a .253 career batting average and has hit a total of 671 home runs.
