Los Angeles Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Los Angeles Angels stopped the Minnesota Twins, 6-5, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The Angels got a big game from Mike Rioux, who was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. The victory makes Los Angeles 53-103.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Los Angeles trailing 5-3, Rioux hit a fastball from Brandon Barriera for a 3-run home run, giving the Angels the walk-off win.

"This place sure got loud," said Luis Bolivar, the Los Angeles manager.
