Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Pirates
The Pittsburgh Pirates outlasted Josh Weir and the Houston Astros, 8-7. Weir was impressive in the loss. The Houston right fielder hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Brad Klima, 2-3, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. The 4th-place Pirates raised their record to 29-28.

The Pirates procured the win, in large part because of catcher Chris Castillo. In the bottom of the 15th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"What a buzz," said Castillo after it was over.
