The home crowd had a good time watching the Toronto Blue Jays and Minnesota Twins get after it.

The 5-2 Minnesota win over Toronto was due in large part to Nick Talbot. The Twins third baseman was 2 for 4 with a triple, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. C.J. Juba sewed up the save, his 1st.

Talbot contributed a big hit, a bases-clearing triple, for Minnesota in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Talbot took a changeup from Dave Montag and stroked the triple to right. His 1st triple of the season allowed the Twins to leap in front, 3-2.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Talbot said.

The loss makes Toronto 14-16.
