The Chicago White Sox grabbed a win, 7-5, over the Toronto Blue Jays at Guaranteed Rate Field. Chicago third baseman Mike Brosseau was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The winner was Chicago reliever Andrew Chafin, now 3-0. The loser was Franco Aleman. The White Sox now have a record of 26-31 with the win over Toronto.
The White Sox got a big at-bat from shortstop Jonathan Arauz. For the game, Arauz was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Chicago a 5-3 lead.
