Left-hander Cole Ragans mesmerized the Los Angeles Angels while leading the Cleveland Guardians to a 5-0 victory. The win elevated the Guardians to 27-26.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Austin Wells? The Cleveland catcher had a run-scoring double in the top of the second inning to put the Guardians on top, 2-0. For the game, Wells had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Cole's focus was outstanding. The way he handled every moment -- when there was a little trouble, he didn't lose his tempo or his rhythm," said Cleveland manager Adam Malloy.
