Setback for Rays and Alex "Doc" Lugar Saturday, June 23rd , 2029 A bit of bad luck has fallen on the Tampa Bay Rays today as they learned that starting pitcher Alex "Doc" Lugar had suffered a setback in his recovery from a torn rotator cuff and will miss more time than expected. The team's doctors had been optimistic about the player's return date, but have now rescinded the original date. The initial guess at how much more time he'll miss is 4 months. |
