Brown Lifts Blue Jays to 11-5 Triumph

The Toronto Blue Jays powered past the Cleveland Guardians, 11-5, at Rogers Centre. Ed Brown went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2, to lead the charge. The Blue Jays lead the American League East Division by 5½ games.
Kyler Murray took Denyi Reyes deep in the bottom of the sixth. His grand slam home run put the Blue Jays on top, 8-4. In all, Murray had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
