Gladys Sidelined, Listed DTD by California Sunday, August 10th , 2053 Ben Gladys will be watching from the sidelines after suffering a bruised thumb against the Memphis Blues. Although team doctors are not overly concerned, they want to play it safe, listing the injury as day-to-day. The outstanding left fielder could miss about one week. Thus far this season Gladys is hitting .265 with 11 home runs, 39 RBIs and 45 runs scored. He has 97 hits in 366 at-bats and has played in 94 games. |
