Homer #300 for Vancouver's Chapa Friday, July 25th , 2053 It was a historic day in the life of Tony Chapa. The 40-year-old Vancouver left fielder recorded the 300th homer of his career in the Grizzlies 7-2 triumph over the Manchester Marauders. In the clubhouse after the game, Chapa told BNN, "I was just looking for a ball to drive, and I got one." Lifetime Chapa is hitting .237 with 394 doubles, 41 triples, 300 home runs, 938 RBIs and 1382 runs scored. He has appeared in 2414 games to date and delivered 1910 hits.
