Big Day for Loback in 6-1 Outlaws Win
|
Outlaws left fielder Joe Loback put his stamp on his team's 6-1 win over the Minneapolis Millers. Loback was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for Nashville in the contest. The win puts Nashville at 10-7.
With Nashville leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Loback hit a fastball from Jeff Bean for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Outlaws ahead, 5-0.
"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Outlaws manager Billy Hollis, "I like our chances."
