Seawolves Clip Milkmen, 5-4
|
Erie starter Jonathan Reese pitched well against the Milwaukee Milkmen at Milkmen Ballpark. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-4. Ken Clabeaux collected save number 2. With the victory, the Seawolves record now stands at 28-30.
Erie relied on the hitting of Ed Brochin to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Seawolves on top, 2-1. For the game, Brochin had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
