Outlaws Earn 7-6 Win Against Generals
|
Nashville right fielder Bob Sacamano made his presence felt in the 7-6 Outlaws triumph over the Washington Generals. Sacamano belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. António Mora finished to wrap up his 16th save. The victory gives the Outlaws a record of 29-25.
Nashville relied on the hitting of Joe Loback to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Outlaws on top, 7-6. For the game, Loback had 1 home run and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant Billy Hollis, the Nashville manager.
