Week's #1 Player: Raleigh's McClain Monday, July 2nd , 2063 Jeremy McClain is respected by most Raleigh Oaks fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Porter Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .455 average (10-for-22) with 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This year McClain is hitting .361, produced 54 RBIs and 16 home runs, scored 63 times and gotten on base at a .470 rate. |
