Monarchs Cruise to Divisional Series with Sweep Wednesday, September 10th , 2059 It's a sweet sweep for the Rochester Monarchs and they have won the Wild Card. The Raleigh Oaks were not able to keep pace with the Monarchs and dropped the series in short order, losing 7-1 in the deciding game. "This wasn't really the effort we hoped for," said Raleigh manager Cris Sykes. It's now on to the Divisional Series for Rochester after their 2-0 series win. Leading the way for the winners was center fielder Jaden Womack, who was named MVP. For the series, Womack hit .571 with a .667 on-base percentage.
