POR's Best Batter Announced Friday, August 1st , 2059 For a rookie just breaking in, Brayden Strollo certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the POR Batter of the Month award for July. The 20-year-old catcher for the Boise Bluegills hit .375 with 7 home runs, 26 RBIs and 25 runs scored. This season Strollo has hit 11 home runs and posted a .342 batting average. |
