Outstanding Pitcher Award Announced, Winner is Zezulka

Alac C Pope HS ace Rohan Zezulka put up some sensational stats for the 2063 season and has been voted the High School Outstanding Pitcher Award winner.

The 17-year-old Generals star made 10 starts and racked up a 3-2 record. He pitched 51 innings, collected 48 strikeouts, gave up 14 walks and 52 hits in holding the opposition to a .257 batting average.

He received 31 first place votes out of a possible 32. Octavius Nesmith of the Chandler HS Wolverines finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while James Marcum of the Shawnee HS Swamp Dogs finished third.
