Sulphur HS Sweeps into the Quarterfinals Tuesday, April 17th , 2063 The Sulphur HS Golden Tornados appear poised to make a serious run at the HS Championship after a convincing sweep over the Basic HS Wolves in the Sweet 16. It's now on to the Quarterfinals for Sulphur HS, who won the final game 10-7 and took the series 2-0. "Everyone's doing their part and things are falling into place," said Sulphur HS first baseman Cole Mullen, who was named series MVP. "It feels like a special year." For the series, Mullen hit .625 with a .667 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 5 runs.
