Gamblers Won't Get Playoff Berth Saturday, April 12th , 2059 Bishop Gorman HS Gamblers manager Tom Winkler said his club came "agonizingly close" to making the playoffs. But close won't be good enough this year, as the Gamblers have now been officially ousted from contention. Before this season, the Gamblers last missed the playoffs in 2057. In the 34 years they have been a High School franchise, they have missed the playoffs 15 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Gamblers have missed the playoffs 5 times. |
