Wild Cats Merrill Eubanks Down and Out for Year Tuesday, March 4th , 2059 The season is finished for Merrill Eubanks of the Harvard-Westlake Wild Cats. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Wild Cats left fielder suffered a broken kneecap while running the bases in a recent game against the Jackson HS Polar Bears. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. On the year Eubanks has hit .365 with 1 home run, 12 RBIs and scored 5 runs. |
