Sting Advance to Bush Championship Monday, September 22nd , 2059 With a 5-4 win to wrap up the series at Cormorants Ballpark, the Eugene Sting have eliminated the Moose Jaw Moose in the League Championship and move on to the Bush Championship. Eugene controlled the series from the outset and won it in a 2-0 sweep. Damon Bartone led the charge offensively for the victors, winning series MVP honors. He posted a .625 batting average, along with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 3 runs. "We're not done yet," the MVP said. "There is still a lot to accomplish."
