Jellyfish Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, August 22nd , 2059 The Los Cayos Jellyfish were stuck in the middle this season -- not competitive enough in the playoff chase to be considered relevant, but not far enough behind to be completely written off. Until now, that is -- today, the Jellyfish were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Los Cayos last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 51 times in their 82 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Jellyfish have missed the playoffs 6 times. Los Cayos last won the Bush Championship in 2032. |
