Mackinac Island Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, July 29th , 2059 Josiah Scaggs said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Mackinac Island Muskrats after they missed the Bush League playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Muskrats have missed the playoffs 63 times in their 82 years as a Bush League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 16th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2043. |
