Moore Selected BCC's Best Pitcher Saturday, May 1st , 2060 When Flushing reliever Drake Moore was called in from the bullpen in April, it was "lights out" for the other team. He usually put a quick stop to any potential rallies. For his solid mound work he was chosen the Blue Chip Coalition Pitcher of the Month. The Flushing Chiefs reliever had no saves for the month with a 3-0 record and 0.81 ERA. He made no relief appearances, hurled 22.1 innings, yielded 16 hits, fanned 16 and walked 5. |
