July's Top Starter Named in BCC

Des Plaines Golden Heroes starter Rashan Runako has collected the Blue Chip Coalition Pitcher of the Month award for a run of lights-out performances.
"This town really appreciates it when you're going well," said Runako. "They might boo you when you're getting knocked around, but they love you when you're mowin' them down."
In July the 27-year-old compiled a 3-0 record in 5 starts with a 1.06 ERA. He threw 34 innings, fanning 21 while walking 8.
This season-to-date Runako has 9 wins and 1 loss and a 1.62 ERA.

FF Top Pitcher Award for July to Tuel
Monday, August 1st , 2061
James Tuel of the Allentown A's was on top of his game the entire month of July, capping it off with the Futures Federation Pitcher of the Month honors.
He was outstanding in 6 starts with 5 wins and no losses, 44 IP, 35 strikeouts and a fine 1.84 ERA.
So far this season Tuel has a record of 10-1 with 107 strikeouts and 24 walks in 113.2 innings and a 2.85 ERA.
