Saturday, October 11th , 2059
At the age of 23, Bryce Garton says he still has a lot to learn about life in Horizon League.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Fort Wayne Herons reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2059 Futures Federation Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the
Lubbock, Texas native said.

For the season, Garton had 16 saves in 44 relief appearances, which totaled 66. He fanned 69 betters, while walking 16 and put up a record of 5-4 to go with his 2.32 ERA.

He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 24. Trace Keller of the Memphis Railcats finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Merrill Collier of the Baton Rouge Bayou finished third with 4 first place votes.
