Wilson Honored by Futures Federation Monday, August 25th , 2059 One of the league's most exciting young players, Gage Wilson of the Allentown A's earned himself Futures Federation Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 22-year-old second baseman had a lofty .429 average (9-for-21), collecting 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Thus far this season in 106 games Wilson is batting .263 with 15 home runs, 55 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has 97 hits in 369 at-bats. |
