Jordan Records Shutout Against Herons Saturday, July 19th , 2059 In a seemingly effortless performance, Braden Jordan of the Monterrey Killer Whales shot down the Fort Wayne Herons 7-0 on a 5-hit shutout. "Braden was just locating so well and using his pitches," Monterrey manager J.R. Evans said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Jordan recorded 10 strikeouts and no walks in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Fort Wayne manager Pat Noaker said in postgame comments to BNN.
