DL Premier Player Picked Monday, May 22nd , 2062 A hot-hitting week got Asher Kappler the Domestic League Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The Syracuse center fielder slammed them for a .524 average, 11 hits in 21 at-bats, 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 6 runs. In the postgame press conference, Kappler shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that."
