Toronto's Stock Suspended Tuesday, April 19th , 2050 As a result of his tirade and temper tantrum during yesterday's Canadians-Drillers game at Toronto Stadium, Toronto left fielder Devon Stock will get some time off. He was issued a 4-game suspension by the league commissioner. Stock was suspended for verbally abusing and physically bumping the home plate umpire after being ejected for arguing over a third strike. This season Stock is batting .250 with 13 hits and no home runs. He has scored 7 times and has 6 runs batted in. |
