IL's Top Rookie Proclaimed Tuesday, November 11th , 2059 His rookie season has paid off well for Owen Keimig of the Bulldogs. He has hit the jackpot. The 23-year-old second baseman topped off his fine first season with the 2059 Import League Refreshing New Brew Award. It was a season to remember for the Bulldogs newcomer. He wrapped up his inaugural year with a .312 batting average, 45 doubles, 9 triples and 19 home runs. Keimig also had 80 RBIs and scored 80 times. Johnathan Wang of the Denver Bulls finished second in voting, while Hayden Jones of the Washington Bats finished third. |
