New Orleans Captures Wild Card Monday, October 1st , 2063 It's time to start thinking about the playoffs for the New Orleans Voodoo. The Domestic League Lager Division club today secured a wild card berth, which reliever Dave Childers said is something the club is "extremely proud of," even though they had hoped to win the division. With a record of 81-78, the Voodoo won't be going into the playoffs as favorites, but Childers said he believes the Voodoo have a good chance to bring home the franchise's 4th Brewmasters Cup. |
