Trade: Racek for Racek Monday, August 6th , 2063 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Carolina and Montreal as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 33-year old LHP Benjamin Racek to the Exports and a 4th round draft pick to the Tobs. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Montreal GM. In 22 starts this year Racek has posted 8 wins while suffering 8 losses. He has pitched 136 innings, allowed 159 hits, struck out 163 and has a 4.83 ERA. |
