Thunderbirds Prevail, as Divisional Series Goes to the Wire
In a series that had a little bit of everything, the Vancouver Thunderbirds have edged the Annapolis Admirals.

The two rival clubs went the distance in the tightly-contested Divisional Series, with a 13-5 win in the clincher being the difference for Vancouver and giving them the ticket to the League Championship with a 2-1 series triumph.

"We never stopped believing in ourselves. When push came to shove we were going to get it done," said Macaulay Sotillo, who was named series MVP.

For the series, Sotillo hit .455 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The League Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
