Wild Cats Dominate, Sweep Quarterfinals
|
The Harvard-Westlake Wild Cats made it look easy and are heading to the Semifinals.
They have ousted the Carroll HS Dragons in a sweep, the final win coming by a 5-3 score, clinching the 2-0 series win.
"Everything's clicking for us right now," said Rob McGovern, who was named MVP for the series.
McGovern hit .500 with a .556 on-base percentage. He added 3 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 3 runs.
The Semifinals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Quarterfinals finishes.
