Toronto Gets 3-2 Road Win
The Toronto Canadians eked out a 3-2 win versus the Dallas Drillers at The Driller Dugout. Nobody did more than pitcher JaQuan Wamugunda. He was terrific. Wamugunda, now 4-7, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 11, walking 2, and allowing 2 runs. Brian Clark locked down his 18th save.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Chase Calhoun? The Toronto left fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Canadians on top, 3-0. For the game, Calhoun had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"For the most part, I stayed out of the middle of the plate," Wamugunda said.

Toronto is now riding a 3-game win streak.
